Fluorescent NIR Reference Cards for ICG, Methylene Blue and 5-ALA
We believe, comparing fluorescent specimens to standardised reference targets creates an objective benchmark.
For this reason, Absofi has developed a proprietary manufacturing technique that allows for digitally printing NIR fluorescent contrast agents (e.g. ICG, MB, SGM and 5-ALA) directly to a substrate, whilst maintaining stable fluorescent properties. The process permits printing concentration scales over a range of scientific and clinically relevant values.
Please note that these reference targets and cards are currently not for clinical use. Its use is strictly limited as a phantom for scientific, educational and promotional purposes only!

ICG Promo Cards
ICG fluorescence has now become mainstream in surgical imaging. Absofi offers ICG cards with high NIR brightness. These cards provide reliable and consistent fluorescence signals, making them ideal for promotion, training, and explanation of surgical imaging systems.
Concentration targets
Absofi offers phantoms with concentration gradients for molecular imaging research. These phantoms provide reliable standards to accurately determine fluorescent specimen concentration, also to enabling precise calibration and validation of imaging systems. By simulating a clinically relevant range of fluorophore concentrations, they support consistent quantification and improve fluorescence measurement reliability.
Imaging System Characterization
Absofi offers a set of precision targets for system characterisation. These include reference charts in multiple sizes for accurate offset detection and image alignment, as well as dot array charts designed to evaluate fluorescent field homogeneity. Additionally, concentration scales are provided to assess and calibrate the sensitivity and response of fluorescence imaging systems.
