Absofi, short for Absolute Fluorescence Imaging, specializes in creating high-quality fluorescent reference standards tailored for a wide range of near-infrared (NIR) contrast agents.

Our mission is to support the advancement of fluorescence imaging by providing reliable, calibrated tools that enhance accuracy and reproducibility across research, clinical, and industrial applications. Collaborating closely with professionals in the scientific and medical imaging field, we develop and manufacture clinically and scientifically relevant reference cards, phantoms and targets designed to meet the stringent demands of imaging system calibration, quality control, and performance validation.

Alongside physical reference standards, Absofi provides proprietary quantification software that enables accurate fluorescence image analysis. Designed to complement our reference cards, it helps measure fluorophore concentration, assess system sensitivity, and simplify data processing.

For industry the standards can be used as an calibration aid and for benchmarking.
